Role Description

The Dean Academics role at The Narayana Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Amritsar. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the academic operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education standards. The role involves developing and implementing effective academic strategies, monitoring faculty performance, coordinating curriculum updates, and mentoring faculty for professional growth. The Dean will collaborate with education leaders to enhance teaching methodologies and maintain an engaging learning environment.

Qualifications
  • Academic Leadership: Proven experience in managing academic programs, faculty coordination, and curriculum development.
  • Administrative and Organizational Skills: Ability to oversee academic operations, plan activities, and ensure implementation of best practices.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with faculty, students, and staff effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Skills in evaluating challenges and implementing strategies to address academic and operational concerns.
  • Experience in Educational Institutions: Prior experience as an academic leader in a recognized institution preferred.
  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field; Higher education credentials are a plus.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Passion for fostering student learning and professional development among faculty members.
