- Build and maintain rule engines governing quotes, contracts, approvals, and deal compliance.
- Ensure seamless integration of Quote → Approval → Contract → Order → Billing workflows within the system.

- Drive process standardization and automation to improve deal turnaround time and sales efficiency.
- Manage product catalog, pricing configurations, bundling logic, and contract templates within the platform.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across DealHub and integrated CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Own system integrations, data flows, and reporting to enable visibility into deal performance and revenue metrics.
- Drive platform adoption by improving user experience for Sales teams and enabling efficient deal execution.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies, approval frameworks, and audit requirements to minimize revenue leakage.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for DealHub, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align deal processes and system capabilities with Oolio’s business strategy and growth plans.
