Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Dealer Sales Manager (DSM) to lead and grow sales for Light & Medium Vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for managing dealership operations, driving sales performance, and building strong customer and team relationships.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
2. Dealer & Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and key clients
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle key customer accounts and resolve escalations
4. Market Analysis
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Provide insights for pricing and promotional strategies
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Required Skills:- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Good knowledge of Light & Medium Commercial Vehicles market
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
