Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dealer Relationship Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Dealer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and partners. The role involves effectively managing communications, coordinating between various stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service, identifying dealer needs, and providing them with tailored financial solutions. Additionally, the individual will monitor dealer performance to ensure alignment with company goals and explore opportunities for expanding the dealer network.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain dealer relations and partnerships
- Experience in customer service and client interaction, with a focus on problem-solving and proactive support
- Knowledge of financial products and services such as investment banking, corporate finance, or retail loans
- Analytical and organizational skills for monitoring dealer performance and managing multiple accounts
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required
- Prior experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is a plus
