Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, high-caliber Dealer Network Development Expert for a leading global Commercial Vehicle and Automotive OEM brand. This is a strategic, subject-matter-expert position focused on shaping multi-year market coverage, optimizing dealer partner profitability, and driving long-term network strategy execution across target regions.
Core Responsibilities
- Network Strategy & Market Mapping: Architect long-term network growth and deployment models
- across 5-10 year horizons. Conduct meticulous market mapping and gap analysis to identify premium
- "white spaces" for strategic expansion.
- Feasibility & Business Cases: Construct and present robust, data-backed business cases to the local
- executive board, including capital investment evaluations, network viability studies, and detailed cost-toserve financial models.
- Onboarding & Infrastructure: Orchestrate end-to-end greenfield dealer setups. Lead franchise partner
- screenings, multi-layered due diligence processes, and comprehensive structural/infrastructure facility
- planning.
- Operational Readiness & Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary bridge anchoring
- corporate strategy with execution. Closely coordinate across Sales, Service, Parts, Legal, Finance, and
- Real Estate teams to ensure new sites match rigid global brand guidelines and state-of-the-art workshop
- standards.
- Governance & Performance Management: Monitor dealer launch cycles, track initial ramp-up
- performance, flags deviations from the planned business case, and strictly enforce compliance with brand
- operational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Analytical Problem-Solving
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Sales operations and strategic selling techniques
- Experience in developing and delivering effective Training programs
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders
- B.E. / B.Tech / MBA preferred. Candidates holding a graduation degree with exceptional, proven domain depth will be strongly considered
- A stellar track record of managing full-lifecycle greenfield dealer rollouts and building institutional relationships with high-net-worth Dealer Principals and Franchise Partners
- Strong capability in scenario planning, strategic market modeling, macro-economic forecasting, and analyzing key dealer profitability levers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
