Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for the Dealer Key Account Manager (DKAM) role. The DKAM will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, developing strategic business plans, analyzing performance metrics, implementing customer-centric service initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue targets. The role requires collaborative interaction with various stakeholders to optimize business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience in Key Accounts and Account Management
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to manage and grow dealer networks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector is an advantage
