Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram. The Dealer cum RM will provide trading support to clients, execute trades in equities, derivatives, and other financial instruments, and handle investment portfolios. The role involves advising clients on market trends, developing strong relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Dealer cum RM will also assist in achieving key business goals through effective client relationship management and financial product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in equity and derivatives trading, including executing trades and managing client portfolios
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and the ability to provide market insights
- Skills in customer relationship management and delivering excellent client service
- Understanding of SEBI regulations, compliance procedures, and financial planning principles
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork
- Relevant certifications such as NISM or experience in stockbroking, wealth management, or financial services preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required
