We are building a curated, sponsor-led investment platform focused on structured, risk-managed opportunities.
The Deal Sourcing Lead will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of high-quality investment opportunities.
Primary Objective:
Build and maintain a strong deal pipeline that converts into executable opportunities.
-------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES --------------------
1. DEAL SOURCING
• Identify and connect with:
- Real estate brokers
- Small developers
- Business owners (expansion / distress)
- CA / legal networks
- BNI / business communities
• Generate 20–30 new leads per month
2. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Build long-term relationships with deal sources
• Maintain regular follow-ups with key contacts
• Become a go-to person for off-market opportunities
3. INITIAL DEAL SCREENING
• Collect basic deal information:
- Investment size
- Expected returns
- Timeline
- Operator background
• Filter out irrelevant / low-quality deals
4. PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
• Maintain a structured deal pipeline tracker
• Track status: Lead → Qualified → Discussion → Active
• Provide weekly updates
5. MARKET INTELLIGENCE
• Track local market trends
• Identify emerging opportunities / distressed deals
• Share insights with founder

• Background in:
- Real estate brokerage / sales
- Business development
- Relationship-driven roles
• Strong local network preferred
• Excellent communication & follow-up skills
• Highly proactive and target-driven

• Networking & relationship building
• Negotiation basics
• Communication (verbal + written)
• Basic understanding of business / real estate deals
-------------------- WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE --------------------
• Consistent pipeline of high-quality deals
• Strong network of brokers, operators, and business owners
• Ability to surface off-market opportunities
-------------------- COMPENSATION STRUCTURE --------------------
• Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Variable:
- ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per qualified deal
- 0.5% – 1% of deal value on successful closure

Weekly Reporting:
• New leads generated
• Meetings conducted
• Pipeline status (10 → 5 → 2 → 1)

• Challenges / support required
