We’re hiring interns at GreenFlow Ventures.
This role is not observation-based. You will be involved in actual execution work across the deal pipeline.
Work includes:
- Identifying companies across different sectors and reaching out to them
- Understanding basic business models, industries, and opportunities
- Mapping relevant investors (HNIs, family offices, etc.)
- Handling follow-ups, coordinating calls, and maintaining communication
- Supporting deal movement by tracking conversations and progress
- Maintaining pipeline data and ensuring no lead is missed
You will be expected to:
- Work consistently
- Follow up without being told repeatedly
- Take ownership of tasks
- Handle communication with clarity
There is no fixed structure or hand-holding. If you don’t take initiative, nothing will move.
First 3 months are unpaid.
After that, continuation and any paid role depends strictly on performance and consistency.
This is not suitable for people looking for a casual internship, flexible effort, or just a certificate.
