Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Deal Desk Specialists to join our India team and support our rapidly growing transaction volume. This role will work closely with our Revenue Operations team to structure, negotiate, and optimise complex enterprise software deals across major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and leading ISVs.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Structuring & Negotiation
- Structure and negotiate complex enterprise software contracts with consumption-based pricing models
- Work with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ISVs
- Optimize deal structures for enterprise commits, private offers, and marketplace transactions
- Navigate MSA/Order Form structuring and contract terms
Contract Analysis & Optimization
- Review and analyze vendor contracts to identify optimization opportunities
- Identify and address contract overages and renewal opportunities
- Provide pricing analysis and benchmarking insights
- Support flexible payment scheduling and deal structuring
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams
- Support buyer advocacy throughout the procurement lifecycle
- Coordinate with vendors and ISV partners on deal execution
- Assist with legal, procurement, and infosec requirements
Process & Documentation
- Maintain accurate deal documentation and CRM updates
- Support quote generation and private offer creation
- Track deal progress and provide status updates
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and vendor requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or contract management
- Proven experience negotiating enterprise software contracts
- Experience with at least one of the following:
- Major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Enterprise ISVs (Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, Datadog, Cribble, etc.)
- Consumption-based pricing models
- Marketplace transactions (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, GCP Marketplace)
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise software licensing and pricing models
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modelling
- Familiarity with contract management tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems
- Background in procurement or vendor management
- Understanding of cloud consumption patterns and forecasting
- Experience with enterprise MSA negotiations
- Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements for enterprise software

Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and will work closely with the Deal Desk Lead and the Revenue Operations team.
