The Deal Desk Associate is a critical member of the Deal Desk and Revenue Operations organization, reporting to the Manager of Deal Desk and Order Management. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is energized by critical thinking and team collaboration. In this role, you will manage the Quote-to-invoice process, supporting sales along the way through their deal cycle. You will work collaboratively across several different functions, including sales, legal, finance, product, and revenue, to ensure deals are structured and 100% compliant with Vimeo’s revenue recognition and internal deal requirements. You will provide critical feedback on system performance and policy gaps, ensuring our infrastructure supports complex, high-volume deal structures.
In this role, you will not only be a member of the Deal Desk team, but will participate in cross-functional Revenue Operations projects that will enable you to learn the skills fitting for future opportunities within the Revenue Operations organization and broader Go-to-market. As part of the Bending Spoons portfolio, this role offers exposure to the holding company and potential future opportunities to influence how BSP structures its quote-to-invoice processes.
Business Hours: 3:00 AM- 12 PM EST / 12:30 PM IST - 8:30 PM IST
What you’ll do:
- Review quotes for discounting and custom terms and approve on behalf of the business.
- Book deals: Double-check contract details and keep Salesforce (SF) data accurate.
- Review quotes for discounting and custom terms and approve on behalf of the business.
- Work cross-functionally across various stakeholder groups, including legal, contracts, and sales.
- Manage order validation on complex deal types.
- Partner closely with Revenue Operations and Systems Operations to identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and give feedback on policy gaps, ensuring our system supports complex, high-volume deal structures.
- Deal desk will work on projects like system automation, pricing and packaging, improve the quality of our quote to invoice process and try to streamline our channel partner program.

Base Salary Range:
687,000 - 1,129,500 INR annually
