We're Hiring | Deal Closer — Tech Sales @ AIB Innovations
We're AIB Innovations, a tech agency building smart digital solutions for businesses. We're growing fast and looking for a sharp Deal Closer who lives at the intersection of technology and sales.
You won't just be selling you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge solutions and the clients who need them most.
🎯 What You'll Do:
→ Prospect and identify potential clients across industries
→ Lead discovery calls and understand client pain points
→ Present and pitch AIB Innovations' solutions in a tailored way
→ Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
→ Collaborate with our technical team to craft winning proposals
✅ What We're Looking For:
→ 2+ years of B2B sales, tech sales, or business development experience
→ Strong understanding of technology services (software, AI, web, SaaS, etc.)
→ Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets
→ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
→ Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by results
