<strong>Job Description</strong><br>We are seeking a professional and personable<strong> Bi-Lingual Call Center Representative </strong>to join our team. This Full-Time position available in the Westbury, NY location of a Dental Administration Office for the position of Customer Service Representative/Clerical Worker, working in our call center.<br>35-40 hours per week<br>Work hours - 8:45 AM - 4:40 PM<br><strong>This position is NOT REMOTE</strong>.<br>Training provided<br><br>
</div><div><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong></div><ul>
<li>Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person</li>
<li>Verify eligibility, and breakdown of schedules</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of client interactions</li>
<li>Review audits and/or policies</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive customer service</li>
<li>Other diversified clerical duties.</li>
</ul><div><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></div><ul>
<li>Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)</li>
<li>High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong time management skills</li>
