Position Title

Quality Control - Officer

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

The Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring that all fertilizers and raw materials used or produced meet the defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. This includes conducting laboratory tests, implementing quality control processes, analyzing results, and reporting deviations to maintain consistent product quality and safety in the production cycle.

Key Individual Accountabilities

Quality Control Activities

  • Conduct sampling, inspection, and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per SOPs.

  • Record test results accurately and maintain quality control logs and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.

Documentation & Records

  • Maintain QC documentation including test reports, COAs, batch records, and registers.

  • Ensure proper documentation as per ISO/GMP and internal quality systems.

  • Support data integrity and traceability of quality records.

Deviation & Non-Conformance Handling

  • Identify non-conformances and immediately report deviations to the QC Manager/Head.

  • Assist in investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.

  • Ensure segregation and identification of rejected or non-conforming materials
