Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)/Chef de Partie (CDP) based in Bengaluru East. The DCDP/CDP will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food according to standard recipes and quality guidelines. Duties include ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, assisting with menu planning, overseeing inventory and stock control, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The role involves supporting the kitchen team, maintaining food quality standards, and contributing to a consistent and memorable dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Experience in overseeing kitchen operations, including inventory management and menu planning
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and health regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate leadership skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience as a DCDP or CDP in a professional kitchen
- Culinary certification or relevant professional training is preferred
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for culinary excellence
