Our portfolio ranges from iconic brands like The Beano, The Dandy, The Press and Journal and The Courier to more recent additions such as Stylist, Shortlist and Readly.We're looking for a talented and motivated CRM Marketing Specialist to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a remote role based in the UK.As our CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving engagement and revenue through our marketing automation and CRM platforms. You will work closely with our wider marketing and digital teams to implement campaigns and ensure we are delivering a personalized, multi-channel experience to our customers.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and implement our email marketing, marketing automation and CRM campaigns- Segment and personalise communications based on customer data and behaviours- Optimise campaigns and test new approaches to drive improved engagement and conversion- Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement- Work collaboratively with our digital, content and product teams to ensure a joined-up approach- Support the wider marketing team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as requiredThe successful candidate will have:- Demonstrable experience in CRM, marketing automation and email marketing- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM systems and marketing automation tools- Familiarity with A/B testing, reporting and campaign optimisation- An understanding of attribution models and customer journey mapping- Bonus points for experience in the media/publishing industry
