Senior Associate/Associate, Data/Business Analyst, Customer Proposition Analytics, Institutional Banking

Design and develop analytics with meaningful insights, including but not limited to modeling, to drive business growth and mitigate risk for Institutional Banking Explore data sources and conduct exploratory data analysis. Identify data which is relevant to the problems to solve. Create features to make them valuable for analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders to propose and evaluate actions for performance improvements. Develop business analytics capability in line with use cases identified. Build visualization and dashboards to bring analytics result alive for communicating to stakeholders. Be a persuasive storyteller to communicate analytics results to stakeholders in plain language.
