About the role
Corporate Banking Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client acquisition and cross-selling strategies to grow portfolio of corporate and institutional clients
- Proactively identify and address client needs by providing effective solutions and advisory services
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, including onboarding, account management, and client retention
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, credit, operations) to deliver seamless client experience
- Continuously monitor market trends and client dynamics to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets through effective client engagement and portfolio management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services, including lending, cash management, and trade finance
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English and the local language (if applicable)
