About the role

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, emails, and travel logistics.
  • Coordinate internal processes and communication with stakeholders.
  • Handle reports, office administration, and confidential information.
  • Organize team events and attend client meetings.


 

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0-2+ years as an EA to a CEO or senior executive.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication & organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
