About The Opportunity

The Enablement Project Manager - GPMO, reporting to the Global PMO Director, plays a key role in developing consistent processes and driving the adoption of Dayforce methodology. This position supports projects and Global programs from tactical task execution to delivering strategic vision while ensuring excellence in project implementation.

This team is dedicated to driving best practices in how Dayforce delivers projects, ensuring a standardized and consistent approach across all regions.

This role's primary responsibility will be to provide robust support to global project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of client projects.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Engage with a global project community to promote the adoption and implementation of GPMO initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback from the field to support continuous improvement of processes, methods, and practices.
  • Develop and maintain standardized project templates and artifacts to support the Delivery team.
  • Ensure the accuracy and relevance of “How Do I” articles through regular reviews and updates.
  • Contributing to GPMO community activities and fostering collaboration among project managers across regions.
  • Support the GPMO Enablement Model across the Global Customer Office.
  • Serve as a reliable point of support and guidance for project managers globally.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management leadership experience, ideally within a global PMO supporting cross-functional initiatives.
  • Background in the high-tech industry, with preferred experience in HCM, Software/SaaS, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience with report writing and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
  • Skilled at influencing stakeholders across all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative, consultative mindset.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and resourceful in navigating complex environments.
