About the role

In this customer-facing role, you will be the point of contact for our clients and responsible for ensuring their success by proactively identifying and addressing their needs. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to understand the product roadmap and communicate it effectively to our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training and support, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback to improve our products and services.
