About the role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will work collaboratively with your team to provide exceptional customer experiences. Your role will be to handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide technical support and process orders or requests. In this position, you will: - Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Assist customers with issues or requests related to their accounts or products. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed. - Process orders, returns, cancellations, and other customer requests. - Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. - Contribute to a positive team environment and assist coworkers as needed. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken). - Strong communication and active listening skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Proficiency with computers and software applications. - Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is an asset. - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
