</div><div><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></div><ul>
<li>Greet customers and assist them in identifying and purchasing the correct auto parts</li>
<li>Answer incoming calls and provide knowledgeable, friendly customer support</li>
<li>Accurately place, process, and fulfill parts orders in a timely manner</li>
<li>Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up or delivery</li>
<li>Utilize inventory, catalog, and POS systems efficiently</li>
<li>Support teammates when working with customers and during busy periods</li>
<li>Assist with stocking and maintaining store organization as part of daily tasks</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, teammates, and management</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful workplace</li>
<li>Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management</li>

<li>Positive attitude, professional conduct, and strong work ethic</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li> Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive industry</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Flexibility to be cross-trained and assist in different areas of store operations</li>
<li>Basic math skills for order processing and transactions</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals</li>
<li>Available to work weekends on a rotating schedule</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Must be 18 years or older</li>
<li>Prior automotive or parts experience is a plus, but not required</li>
</ul><div><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></div><div>This is an active, hands-on role. Candidates must be able to:</div><ul>
<li>Stand and walk for the duration of the shift</li>
<li>Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs</li>
<li>Bend, reach, climb stairs, and pull parts as needed throughout the shift</li>
<li>Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail</li>
</ul>
