As a Working Student E-Commerce & Online Marketing, you will support us in optimizing our digital shopping experience and guiding our customers seamlessly through their journey. From product management to campaign execution and data analysis – you’ll work on exciting projects and contribute to the sustainable growth of our online shop.

📌 What You Will Do

• Manage & optimize the online store (product pages, bundles, promotions, SEO)
• Analyze & improve the customer journey (checkout process, usability, conversion optimization)
• Create & manage campaigns (email marketing, promotions, upselling strategies)
• Data analysis & reporting (extracting key insights from E-Commerce & performance marketing KPIs)
• Support in customer service (handling inquiries, tracking orders, optimizing processes)
• Social media & content management (product communication, community interaction)
  
  
  

🎯 Who You Are

• Enrolled student in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Native German speaker, fluent in English
• Passionate about E-Commerce & digital business models
• Analytical & data-driven mindset, comfortable working with numbers & KPIs
• Hands-on mentality & proactive attitude – you contribute ideas and make them happen!
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, or CRM systems
