Key Responsibilities Process funding requests, payment transactions and account reconciliationsPrepare financial statements and reporting for clientsProcess and respond to financial auditsData entry of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable transactions, including, but not limited to invoices, cash receipts, or vouchersQuality audits of work prepared by team membersTrain and mentor Accounting CoordinatorsManage Access and Excel databases and analyze dataOther duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3-5 years’ experience working in accounting and supervision Strong communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent customer service and supervisory skillsGood organizational and time management skillsGood computer skills.Advanced in Excel, Word and other software programs as neededMay require taking outside classes if necessaryMust have the ability to handle confidential informationPreferred; college degree in accounting and/or CPAAbout DaviesInsurance claims management and legal professional services provider.This page is fully interactive when JavaScript is enabled.
