Position Summary
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles, from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
- Assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values
- Facilitate offer development, negotiations, and onboarding handoff
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity guidelines
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Promote employer brand and represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives
- Continuously improving recruiting processes and candidate experience through feedback and data analysis
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions or levels (entry to leadership)
