The role: We are seeking a Product Marketeer to bridge the gap between our product, our users, and the broader defence and intelligence market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our development team to gain a deep understanding of the product's features and capabilities and understand how they align with user needs to improve our positioning and create more effective messaging. Your insights will help shape Datenna's go-to-market and content strategy, helping to create compelling and effective marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials. This role acts as the bridge between several departments. You will work alongside software developers, the Sales and Customer Success teams, our Content Marketeer, and our Growth Marketeer. You must be able to work autonomously, understanding priorities, finding answers and delivering accordingly. This position reports to the Head of Marketing and PR. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the government, defence and intelligence sectors, strong analytical skills, and a passion for translating product features into compelling marketing campaigns and sales enablement. Your Mission: Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product and how its capabilities match with government analysts' pain points. Conduct user research to deeply understand our audience and translate insights into effective marketing initiatives. Research may include client visits, interviews, sales call shadowing, survey design, and more. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with product positioning and user needs. Collaborate with Content Marketeer to create messaging and campaigns that clearly communicate the product value. Be responsible for creating sales enablement materials and keeping them up to date in line with product updates and new customer acquisition targets. Identify opportunities to improve our targeting, messaging and partnerships with prospective and existing customers. Support our events strategy by creating presentations, scripts and/or booth materials (in collaboration with Content Marketeer).
