Full Stack Developer

Position: Full Stack Developer (React & Node.js) Preferred Qualification: BCA, MCA, or B.Tech Experience: Minimum 1 year in full stack development with a strong focus on React & Node.js Key Qualifications React & Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React for creating user-friendly interfaces. Backend Expertise: Strong understanding of Node.js and its frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS, etc.). Knowledge of server-side templating and web frameworks. Database Skills: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Version Control: Proficient in using Git and collaborative development tools (GitHub/Bitbucket). Additional Skills: Understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., JWT, OAuth) and session management. Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Role & Responsibilities End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable full-stack applications. React Development: Develop seamless, responsive interfaces using React. Node.js Backend Development: Build and maintain server-side applications with Node.js. Implement efficient and secure APIs using frameworks like Express. Optimize server performance, manage data flow, and ensure scalability. Database Integration: Design database schemas and optimize queries for both NoSQL and SQL databases. Ensure data security and implement best practices for data management. API Integration: Create and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality. Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and fellow developers to ensure project success. Optimization & Debugging: Identify and resolve issues to optimize application performance and maintain security standards. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in full stack development and React/Node.js ecosystems.
