Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Datapower Admin. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining IBM Datapower appliances, configuring and deploying policies, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system performance and security. Additional duties include performing regular system maintenance, supporting application teams, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and enhancing system performance
- Experience with Administrative Assistance, including system setup, performance monitoring, and maintenance of Datapower appliances
- Basic knowledge of Finance or familiarity with financial processes is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- IBM Datapower certification or relevant experience is highly desirable
