Job Title: Senior Associate System Analyst
Experience: 3+ years
Location: Pune
Primary job responsibilities:
· Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs
· Collaborate with developers, QA, infrastructure, and business users
· Support system development, testing, implementation, and deployment activities
· Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect resolution
· Provide post-implementation support and system optimization
· Prepare system documentation such as:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Change Request Document (CRD)
- Test Cases
· Serve as an IS point person for addressing issues and enhancements related to the specific product and functional area.
· Configure and support existing TMS systems (Oracle Transport Management, Descartes Route Planner)
Required Skills :
· Experience as a Systems analyst or Developer in a Complex Integrated Multi component systems landscape with 3 – 5 Years of experience
· Highly proficient in SDLC lifecycle processes and deliverables including Requirements gathering, System & Data analysis, Software Design, Test planning and Execution.
· Experience in preparing BRDs, CRDs, user stories, process flows, and impact analysis documents.
· SQL – ability to develop simple queries for analysis purpose
Good to have skills:
· Experience with ERP or WMS platforms or Logistics TMS (OTM, Descartes TMS)
· Agile Methodology, working in Squads
