GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst - Planning

Datadog is an observability and security platform that offers infrastructure, applications, software development, and monitoring services. The GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst will analyze datasets and synthesize insights to drive global strategic go-to-market initiatives, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across various teams to influence strategic priorities. Responsibilities: Drive quantitative and qualitative analysis, generate insights and craft senior stakeholder recommendations Support the annual GTM planning process, including business targets and quota management Maintain and augment reports and dashboards, refining KPIs leading to insights and business impact Conduct ad hoc, deep-dive analysis to answer strategic business questions and drive decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with stakeholders across Finance, Recruiting, Enablement, HR and more on key strategic and operational priorities Support operational processes for the day-to-day business, including stakeholder support, KPI management, and process optimization Strategize opportunities for automation to scale efficiently and improve GTM operations Qualification: BA/BS/BE degree required Quantitative thinker, with track record of distilling actionable insights from complex data Organized and results-oriented, with excellent attention to detail Strong work ethic and willingness to overcome obstacles Strong verbal and written communicator Preferred: 1-2 years experience preferred in management consulting, investment banking, revenue & growth strategy functions, or equivalent experience as a business analyst Experience with or desire to learn BI Tools (Tableau, Metabase, etc) and Salesforce
