Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Datacenter Operator located in Noida. The Datacenter Operator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day data center operations, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and managing infrastructure systems and network cabling. Attention to detail, time management, and effective communication with cross-functional teams will be key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Center Operations and Infrastructure management
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience in providing Technical Support for a variety of systems
- Expertise in Cabling and managing network setups
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in data center environments will be an advantage
