About the role

The Field Marketing Manager, Partners is responsible for driving awareness, demand, and engagement for Databricks' partner-led go-to-market initiatives. This role will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and work closely with the sales, partner, and product teams to drive pipeline and partner success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex cross-functional projects and have deep expertise in channel marketing, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
