Job Description: We are looking for a talented Developer to join our dynamic team at Databricks. As a Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge data engineering solutions using the latest technologies and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize data processing pipelines and workflows using Databricks' platform and tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Write high-quality, efficient, and scalable code in Python, Scala, or other programming languages - Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide support to the operations team - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering and cloud technologies - Contribute to the overall technical strategy and continuous improvement of our data platform Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in data engineering or software development - Proficiency in Python, Scala, or other programming languages - Strong understanding of big data processing frameworks like Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop - Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Familiarity with SQL and database concepts - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow
