About Position:
We're looking for a highly skilled Databricks Architect with 12 to 14 years of experience to drive solution design, architecture, and technical leadership. This role combines hands-on solutioning expertise with proven team leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade data solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Solutioning & Design: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure solution designs on Databricks & AWS, aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor developers and tech leads, driving best practices in coding, design patterns, and architecture while overseeing end-to-end delivery quality and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders to align solutions with strategic priorities, communicate complex concepts clearly, and act as the bridge between business and technology teams.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 12 to 14 years of experience in data & analytics, with strong hands-on solution architecture and system design expertise.
- Deep expertise in Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows) and AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, IAM).
- Proven track record in team leadership, mentoring, and technical delivery management.
- Strong proficiency in PySpark, Python, and SQL for large-scale data engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with both leadership and engineering teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
