Role Description The Database Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns using customer and prospect databases. Daily activities include segmenting audiences, analyzing campaign performance, conducting market research, and maintaining data accuracy across marketing systems. The specialist collaborates with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies, improve conversion rates, and support reporting dashboards. The role also involves identifying trends, testing new approaches, and recommending data-backed strategies to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
