Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Database Manager with a strong background in the event industry, specifically in managing and curating high-quality databases of CXO/CIO-level professionals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data sourcing tools and CRM platforms, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and usability of executive-level data for event outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust database of CXO/CIO-level leaders across industries
- Source high-quality contact data using tools like Lusha, Apollo, and similar platforms
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and regular updates of the database
- Segment and organize data based on industry, geography, and event requirements
- Work closely with marketing and production teams for targeted outreach campaigns
- Manage and optimize CRM systems for efficient data utilization
- Maintain data hygiene and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Generate reports and insights to support event planning and lead generation
Key Requirements:
- 1 + years of experience in database management, preferably in the event or conference industry
- Proven experience handling CXO/CIO-level data
- Hands-on experience with tools like Lusha, Apollo, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
- Strong understanding of data mining, validation, and segmentation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B event/conference companies
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools and outreach strategies
