We’re Hiring: Database Coordinator & Analyst

ADIG Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Database Coordinator & Analyst to manage, organize, and analyze our growing customer and lead database.
As ADIG continues to transform classrooms across North East India, this role will play a key part in supporting our sales, operations, and leadership teams with clean, accurate, and actionable data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update customer and lead databases
• Track leads across different sales pipeline stages
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Clean duplicate, missing, or incorrect records
• Support the transition from Excel to CRM
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and leadership teams
Skills Required:
• Advanced/Intermediate Excel
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Data Cleaning
• Conditional Formatting
• Data Validation
• Basic Dashboards & Reporting
• Strong attention to detail
Preferred Education:
BCA / MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, BBA / MBA IT/Ops, B.Com, or B.Sc. Statistics.
