Database Consultant
Specialization: Database Migrations
Domain: IBM DB2 and Oracle
Role: Database Consultant to lead the migration of databases associated with IBM DOORS and Rhapsody enterprise PLM
applications, including IBM DB2 and Oracle databases currently hosted on Azure.
Responsible for confirming database schema,
data migration, validation, and post-migration optimisation.
Profile: Certified database specialist with hands-on expertise in IBM DB2 and Oracle, and experience in enterprise scale database migrations from Azure to AWS. Expertise in AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) and AWS Database
Migration Accelerator programme is expected.
Required Skills:
• DB2 and Oracle Databases on AWS — Level 4 (Expert)
• AWS Database Migration Tools — Level 4 (Expert)
• AWS Database Migration Accelerator — Level 3 (Advanced)
