Global Data Insights & Sales Enablement Analyst
Role Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can transform raw data into actionable insights, leverage AI and advanced tools, and communicate findings through compelling presentations. This role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and structured problem-solving, combined with the ability to collaborate across global teams and deliver results under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Create executive-ready presentations and visual reports to communicate findings effectively.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to enhance data analysis and reporting processes.
- Coordinate projects across multiple teams and geographies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment.
- Apply structured methodologies for data collection and validation while fostering collaboration.
- Think creatively to solve problems and propose innovative solutions while maintaining operational discipline.
- Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to put in the hard hours when required to meet critical deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and familiarity with AI-based analytics platforms.
- Strong presentation skills with expertise in PowerPoint and data storytelling.
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and geographies.
- Creative problem-solving mindset combined with structured analytical thinking.
- High resilience and adaptability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in telecom, technology, or aggregator business for an year.
- Total Experience - 1-2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced visualization tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML applications in business analytics.
