Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Database Administrator based in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. The Database Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining databases, designing database architecture, ensuring optimal performance, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves configuring and monitoring database replication to ensure data integrity and availability. Collaboration with team members and cross-functional units will be a key aspect of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Oracle Database Administration
- Strong understanding of database version and its architecture
- Decent understand on Operating systems, especially Windows and Linux
- Competence in Troubleshooting database issues and optimizing performance
- Familiarity with setting up and managing Replication processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to hybrid working environments (office and remote)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of cloud databases or certifications in database technologies will be an advantage
