Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and optimize large-scale database systems, including RDBMS and Time Series databases.
As a DBA, you will be responsible for ensuring data security, performance, availability, and reliability, which are core responsibilities in modern database environments.

Key Responsibilities- Configure, maintain, and monitor database systems (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Optimize performance through tuning, indexing, and query optimization
- Design database solutions for new applications
- Handle high-throughput, real-time data environments
- Manage backups, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
- Collaborate with teams for schema design and data migration
- Troubleshoot issues like crashes, latency, and downtime
- Ensure seamless integration with multiple applications

Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- 7–8 years of DBA experience in production environments
- Strong expertise in RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Time Series DB (QuestDB, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in:
- Performance tuning & indexing
- Backup & recovery strategies
- High availability & replication
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, T-SQL, Shell scripting
- Exposure to cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL) and DevOps tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
