- Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Server login, troubleshooting, and maintenance/backup of servers, closure of VA Audit observation
- 2. Maintaining the application and database Servers.
- 3. Ensuring the kiosks uptime as specified by the Client.
- 4. RMMS configuration and new Kiosk registration at the RMMS portal.
- 5. Providing on-call technical support to field engineers for installation/BD/PM of Kiosks.
- 6. Updating patches through RMMS and by taking remote desktop.
- 7. Coordination with application team for testing.
- 8. Performing scheduled server activities as defined by the Client.
- 9. Monitoring the health status of KIOSKs and addressing "zero hits" cases in real-time.
- 10. Downloading reports from the RMMS portal and sharing them with the monitoring team, as defined by the Bank.
- 11. Creating Zero Hit analysis reports and sharing them with the Client daily.
- 12. Following up with Bank dependency cases and escalating to the relevant Zonal teams to resolve issues and make the kiosk functional.
- 13. Pursuing approval pending cases with branches, and Zonal levels to obtain the necessary approvals to make the kiosk operational.
- 14. Coordinating with the MPi back-end team to resolve hardware issues.
- 15. Sharing emails with the client for all bank dependency cases.
- 16. Maintaining strong coordination with bank officials in resolving reported issues.
- 17. Timely submission of various reports, including Installation/Service/PM/Consumable replacement, and MIS reports

- Technical/Functional Proficiency Required
- 1. Kiosk Hardware and Software: Understanding the components and functionality of the passbook printing kiosk, including printers, touchscreens, and the associated software. Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining kiosk hardware and software.
- 2. Server Maintenance: Knowledge of server hardware, operating systems, and software responsible for managing kiosk data, printing requests, and user interactions. Regular server maintenance, including updates, backups, and security measures.
- 3. Operating Systems: Proficiency in the operating systems running on both the kiosk and server, and the ability to troubleshoot any software-related issues.
- 4. Networking: Familiarity with the kiosk's network connectivity, wired connections, and the ability to troubleshoot network-related problems.
