Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, monitor, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
- Ensure high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), backup, recovery, and database security.
- Perform database performance tuning, optimization, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
- Manage PostgreSQL upgrades, patching, replication, and failover environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for database administration tasks.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, and DBA teams to support business-critical applications.
- Support production environments in a 24×7 operational model.
