- Document database configurations, runbooks, incident reports, and operational procedures to maintain a well-governed environment.
- Respond to and resolve database-related incidents, alerts, and escalations in a timely manner, including on-call support when required.
- Evaluate and recommend new database technologies, tools, and methodologies aligned with evolving business and technical requirements.

- Solid experience with NoSQL alongside relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server) workloads.
- Demonstrated ability to write and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and scripts for automation and maintenance tasks.
- Strong understanding of database security principles including authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with scripting languages (Shell, Python, or Bash) for automation of routine DBA tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud-managed database services on AWS or GCP ( for ex Firestore).
