Exp- 7-12 Years
Job Description-
strong project delivery experience profile, experience in Agile deep hands on, PI PLANNING
EXPOSURE, banking domain mandatory,
Data understanding. Someone who can manage deliver and drive transformation across multiple programs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong project management experience, preferably in data, analytics, or messaging-related projects.
- Good understanding of data concepts (data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehousing) and basic AI/ML fundamentals.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear updates.
- Experience managing projects across multiple geographies and working with distributed teams.
- Strong governance and organizational skills, with experience running structured project forums and tracking deliverables.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale data transformation or platform migration programs.
- Familiarity with messaging systems or event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka or similar technologies).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
