Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Data Technician role based in Tiruvallur. The Data Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of data systems, troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular data center operations, and handling cabling tasks. The role also involves analyzing data processes and ensuring efficient workflows, while collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data evaluation and process improvement
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues for efficient problem resolution
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience with Cabling and maintaining hardware infrastructure
- Knowledge of Data Center Operations including monitoring and maintenance
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Relevant certifications or educational background in IT or related fields
- Experience in maintaining high-security standards within data-driven environments is an advantage.
