Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard & Reporting Development:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Python, Power BI, or Grafana to enable data-driven business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, QA, operations, IT, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights through data analysis.
- Data Management & Integrity:
- Analyze and interpret data tables and attributes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
- Independent Problem-Solving:
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills while working independently on complex tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
