Role Description
The Data Scientist role at OmniMD offers opportunities at the Senior, Mid-level, and Junior levels based on experience and expertise. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include developing and deploying data models, conducting statistical analyses, preparing comprehensive data visualizations and reports, and providing actionable insights for healthcare optimization. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze healthcare data, design solutions, and contribute to advancements in data-driven decision-making processes within our AI-enabled healthcare platforms.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Data Science, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI methodologies
- Proficiency in Statistics to analyze and interpret complex healthcare data effectively
- Skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to extract actionable insights and improve healthcare outcomes
- Experience with Data Visualization tools to create insightful, user-friendly data representations
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, or SQL is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Additional knowledge of healthcare systems and processes is an advantage
- Experience with cloud technologies and big data platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
