Hiring: Data Scientist | Remote (India) | Life Sciences / Healthcare Domain
Are you passionate about transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful insights?
We're looking for an experienced
Data Scientist with a strong background in
Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals to work on high-impact healthcare data projects involving
Real-World Data (RWD), EMR, Claims Data, and Clinical Analytics.
Role Details - Role: Data Scientist
- Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)
- Experience: 4+ Years
- Domain: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Sciences (Mandatory)
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
- Work Shifts: Candidates should be comfortable working either:
- 12:00 PM 9:00 PM IST, or
- 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (Partial overlap with US Eastern Time)
What We're Looking For
We're seeking professionals with hands-on experience working with
real-world healthcare data, not just general analytics.
Mandatory Skills & Experience - 4+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, HEOR, or Real-World Data (RWD) environments.
- Strong programming skills in SQL and Python (or R).
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) and Medical/Pharmacy Claims Data.
- Expertise in developing clinical data algorithms, including:
- Line of Therapy (LoT)
- Cohort Construction
- Index Dating
- Clinical Event Algorithms
- Experience handling unstructured healthcare data, including:
- NLP outputs
- Clinical notes
- Biomarker data
- Text mining
- Strong understanding of healthcare data quality, transformation, and scalable data processing.
